Just before 1900 hours on Sunday October 11, 2009, Brooklyn Box 8373 was transmitted for the address 735 Lincoln Avenue off of Linden Blvd adjacent to the quarters of Engine 225, Ladder 107 and Battalion 39. The fire was located on the 5th floor with some extension to the floor above. A fire several months earlier on the same date occurred just up the block from this fire.

A second alarm was transmitted in additional to the signal 10-77 for additional companies for a fire in a high rise fire in a multiple dwelling.
