Brooklyn 22-1930 (04/10/06) : Around 0500 hours on April 10, 2006, Brooklyn Box 1930 at Shepard Avenue and Fulton Street was transmitted for a fire. First due companies were greeted with a heavy fire condition. Tower Ladder 120 was designated as the FAST truck. Upon arrival of Battalion 39, a second alarm was transmitted. Ladder 120 was put to work for use of their tower ladder and another ladder company was special called to act as the FAST truck. Because of the close proximity of the elevated train structure (BMT J & Z trains), truck companies were hampered with setting up aerial and/or tower ladders in the front of the fire building. Because of that, Tower Ladders 107 and 120 operated on the exposure 2 side.
