Detroit, MI (Oct. 29- Nov 1) : On October 29, Detroit fire central office sent out a Box Alarm for Sylvester and Baldwin for a fire in a vacant building. The first due engine reported they were stretching and ordered the 2nd due engine (Engine 23) to dump their monitor.
